Now hiring an evening and weekend receptionist- candidate must be available from 4pm-7:30pm on varying weeknights and 9am-5pm every other weekend.

The secretary/receptionist will be responsible for acknowledging and assisting the public, prospective clients, residents, families, and staff in regard to their inquiries, concerns, and services.

Monitor and maintain inventory of all office, stocked medical, and stocked personal care supplies.

Compile data and operate all office equipment in performance of routine clerical and secretarial duties to maintain business/medical records and reports by performing the following duties.

Maintain Rights of Residents as set forth by the Ohio Department of Health Laws and Regulations.

Maintains a professional and caring attitude at all times.

Answers all incoming telephone calls and directs to the requested department.

Greets the public including clients and residents in a congenial manner, assists whenever and however possible.

Maintains a basic knowledge of all department functions.

Provides secretarial support to all department.

Monitors and maintains inventory of all office, stocked medical, and stocked personal care supplies.

Assists operators in correspondence and communication, utilizing appropriate secretarial skills.

Types, revises, and compiles material such as correspondence, application forms, reports, records, forms, minutes of meetings, numerical data, addresses, corrected copy, or previous version displayed on screen per verbal or written instructions.

Proofreads and edits documents on screen and again in print for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format. Corrects errors.

Stores completed document in computer memory or on data storage medium such as disk.

Files records and reports, posts information to records, sorts and distributes mail, and performs similar duties as requested.

Knowledgeable of and implements all safety, universal precautions, and Company policies/procedures for the protection of residents, coworkers, and self.
